Quick and Easy Returns
UNIONBAY wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
General Return Policy
- The merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All credits on returns will be made directly to the credit card used in making the purchase once the order is received in our warehouse.
- The original Online Purchase Receipt must accompany all returns.
- The merchandise must be returned in original condition for resale with all tags in place, unless it's defective.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is deemed defective or the wrong merchandise was sent.
- All returns must have a Return Authorization number issued by UNIONBAY Customer Service visible on the outside of the return package and a return form included in the package to ensure you receive a prompt and accurate credit. To get a Return Authorization number please call toll free 1-866-963-2828.
- Please click on the below link to obtain the return form and a shipping label. Use the lower portion of Page 1 as a shipping label on the box you are returning. Make sure you have received and note the Return Authorization number from Customer Service. Please fill out the Return Form on Page 2 with all appropriate information and place this in the box you are returning.
