Shipping

UNIONBAY’s standard shipping is UPS ground service. For orders $50 and over (pre-tax, after discounts applied), there is no charge for ground shipping*. For orders under $50 (pre-tax, after discounts applied), there is a standard $ 7.00 shipping charge for each order.

*Free standard ground shipping for orders $50 and over is only available to customers in the continental United States.

Orders placed M-F before noon EST typically ship out the same day, orders placed after noon EST will ship out the following business day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification).

All orders ship out of Unionbay’s Kent, WA distribution center. Please allow 1 ~ 8 business days shipping transit time. Transit time varies based on your proximity to Unionbay's Distribution Center.

- Expedited Shipping is available. Expedited shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the shipping method you select as well as the items in your shopping cart. To find out the shipping costs or to compare prices simply add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

- Guaranteed 3 Day Orders will be shipped via UPS 3 Day Select OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 3 business days after the ship date (Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays are not counted as business/working days). Shipping method is not guaranteed. Orders placed M-F before noon EST will ship out the same day, orders placed after noon EST will ship out the following business day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification).

- Guaranteed 2 Day Orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 2 business days after the ship date (Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays are not counted as business/working days). Shipping method is not guaranteed. Orders placed M-F before noon EST will ship out the same day, orders placed after noon EST will ship out the following business day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification).

- Guaranteed 1 Day Orders will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air (Saver will be used where available) OR UPS Ground, depending on your location. Delivery is guaranteed within 1 business day after the ship date (Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays are not counted as business/working days). Orders placed M-F before noon EST will ship out the same day, orders placed after noon EST will ship out the following business day (except in cases where an item may be out of stock or order is pending verification).

** Expedited Shipping  (Guaranteed 3 Day, 2 Day and 1 Day) that do not arrive by the end of the day on the scheduled delivery date (due to carrier delays) may have a refund issued to reflect the service that was received. Refunds cannot be issued due to delays from unavailability of the recipient, acts of God, acts of public authority, riots, strikes, labor disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to weather phenomena or natural disasters, or in the event that an ordered product is out of stock or has limited availability.

***Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via Expedited shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of your order and delivery service selected.

Currently we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES, APO/FPO addresses or INTERNATIONALLY.

Shipment Tracking

UNIONBAY sends an email with the order tracking number for each shipment made for every order that is placed. We may need to divide your order into multiple shipments. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation e-mail for each shipment. However, your shipping charges will not be affected by this. If you have not provided an email address, you can simply call us at 1-866-963-2828 with your order number for tracking information.
