Bust

Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

Natural Waist

Measure around the smallest part of your waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your body, halfway between your belly button and crotch, while keeping the measureing tape comfortably loose.

Inseam

Slip on a pair of pants that fit you well, measure from the crotch seam to the hem line. Round the number to the nearest 1/2" to get your inseam length.
